
Superstructure configuration:
1. The box body is made of Q345 manganese steel high-strength plate, with four sides and five bottoms. The top, bottom and filler of the box body are made of thickened steel plates, which are corrosion-resistant and have a long service life. It is treated with three layers of spray paint.
2. The centralized electronic control system in the cockpit and outside the vehicle body is connected to the same CAN bus control system. The loading cycle time does not exceed 12 seconds. The waste discharge time is ≤ 40 seconds. The tilting angle of the tilting rack is ≥ 55°, and the bidirectional peristaltic compression ratio is 1:5.
3. Domestic well-known brand hydraulic systems (Anhui Wanye Pump, Sino-US multi-way valve, Hengli customized cylinder, Zhejiang Jiashan Power Takeoff), all series are standard equipped with a clamping valve (back pressure valve).
4. The new scraper slide connecting shaft is made of high-manganese wear-resistant steel for durability and no breakage. The feed hopper is elevated and enlarged to prevent waste from falling to the ground. The bucket suspension mechanism features rounded suspension teeth that prevent damage to the bucket rim, and a cushioning pad that prevents pressure on the bucket, preventing damage. It can simultaneously suspend both 120-liter and 240-liter buckets.
5. Equipped with night lighting, double sewage tanks, sewage tank drain ball valve and cleaning port, additional drain pipe to prevent splashing, humanized design, high-position outline lights/side lights/operating lights on the body.
